Still, we understand that sometimes an order may not meet your expectations. Therefore, our Refund and Returns Policy provides a smooth, fair, and transparent process to make your shopping experience worry-free.
1. Returns Eligibility
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

You received a defective or damaged saree.

We delivered the wrong color or product.

The saree remains unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
However, please note that sarees showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage due to mishandling are not eligible for a return or refund. We encourage you to inspect your saree immediately after delivery to avoid any delays in reporting.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain sarees cannot be returned or refunded. These include:

Customized or stitched sarees, including those with fall or pico work.

Sarees bought during special offers, clearance, or sale events.

Items damaged because of improper care or washing.

3. Return Process
To start a return:

Include your order number, product name, and a clear reason for the return.

Attach supporting photos if your saree is defective or damaged.

After approval, our team will share return shipping details.
You must send the saree in its original packaging. While customers usually cover the return shipping cost, Sabana Sharee will bear it if we sent the wrong or defective product.
4. Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned saree, we’ll send a confirmation email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
If your bank or payment provider delays the refund, please contact them for clarification. We’ll always support you during the process.
5. Exchange Policy
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please follow the same return procedure. After verifying the product, we will:

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect saree, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the saree and packaging. Once verified, we’ll send a free replacement or process a full refund right away.

7. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel an order within 6 hours of placing it. Once we begin processing or dispatching, cancellations are not possible.
For timely cancellations, we issue refunds within 5–7 working days. Please ensure that your payment details are correct to avoid delays.
