1. Order Processing Time

Once you confirm your order, our team immediately begins the process. Every saree passes through a strict quality inspection before shipping.

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days

  • Customized or stitched sarees: 3–5 business days

After dispatch, you will receive an email or SMS containing your order details and tracking number. This helps you stay informed every step of the way.


2. Shipping Partners

We work with trusted delivery partners such as DTDC, Blue Dart, Delhivery, and India Post. These couriers help us ensure fast and secure delivery to your doorstep.
Every shipment includes a tracking ID, which allows you to monitor your parcel’s journey in real time.


3. Delivery Timeframes

We aim to deliver every saree as quickly as possible:

  • Within India: 3–7 business days, depending on your city or region.

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days.

  • Remote or Rural Areas: 5–10 business days.

  • International Orders: 7–15 business days (may vary due to customs checks).

👉 Keep in mind: Delivery times might extend slightly during festive seasons, weather disruptions, or courier delays. However, we always keep you updated if that happens.


4. Shipping Charges

We want your shopping experience to be rewarding:

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999 within India.

  • For orders below ₹999, a small shipping charge of ₹80 applies.

  • International orders include variable shipping costs depending on the destination, weight, and courier. These charges appear clearly during checkout.

5. Order Tracking

After your saree is shipped, you will receive a tracking link to follow your order’s progress.
You can also visit our “Track My Order” page and enter your order ID to view the current delivery status.

6. International Shipping

Please make sure your shipping address and contact number are accurate during checkout.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses can cause delivery delays or failed attempts. To avoid such issues, double-check your details before confirming your order.


8. Undelivered or Returned Packages

If a courier cannot deliver your parcel due to an incorrect address or missed delivery attempts, it may return to us.
In that case, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.


9. Damaged or Lost Packages

We take extra care in packaging every saree securely to prevent damage. Still, if you receive a damaged parcel, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and share clear photos.
